By this Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 27 days delay in filing Civil Revision Application against the order dated 01.02.2018 below Exhibit-15 in Special Civil Suit No. 152 of 2014 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as Applicant is ready and willing to pay cost of Rs.1000/-, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Mohite 1/2

c) Cost to be deposited in the office of the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay on or before 31.01.2019 and place on record receipt to that effect, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. e) No order as to costs.
