FIRST APPEAL NO.529 OF 2021 5.

Mr.S.T.Bhosale, learned Counsel for the Respondents in the Appeal makes a grievance that not a single penny has been received by the original claimants. He submits that the claimants are the widow and three children and therefore in the interests of justice, this Appeal be heard expeditiously.

Accordingly, it is made clear that on the next occasion, the Appeal will be heard. Let compilation of documents be filed by the next date. Also, Registry is directed to call for the Record and Proceedings by 18th August 2023.
