DATED : 15th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- On instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, the learned APP Mrs.Takalkar, state that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not warranted. She also confirm the statement that the main accused is the husband of the applicant and he is already released on bail. Though the counsel for the informant/complainant vehemently oppose the confirmation of the order, the objection is noted just to remind him that the investigation is the sole prorogative of the Investigating Officer, who is specifically making statement that he do not require the custody of the applicant, the objection is just recorded to be rejected. The orders dated 7/1/2021 in ABA 1146/2020 and order dated 8/12/2020 in ABA No. 825/2020 are made absolute, needless to state that the applicants shall continue to render cooperation to the Investigating Officer and report to him as and when called for".

Applications are disposed off.
