Mr. Nikalje, learned advocate for the respondent no. 1 submits that the loan account has been settled and that nodues certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioners. He also submits that since an order under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been passed by the relevant District Magistrate, a request would be made by the respondent no. 1 to such magistrate not to enforce his order.

Having looked into the said documents, we are satisfied that nothing survives for decision on this writ petition. The same stands disposed of. No costs.

We, however, grant liberty to the petitioners to apply if any other issue raised in the writ petition is required to be addressed.
