The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had made a complaint dated 18th September, 2015 (Exh.D) before second respondent but till date the said complaint which has been filed against the respondent No.3 Ulhasnagar Branch of Konark Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. has not been considered and decided.

Having regard to the aforesaid without commenting upon the merits of the matter and on petitioner's said complaint, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's complaint filed against respondent No.3 on its own merits in accordance with law after giving them an opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner and respondent No.3 before it. The petitioner and respondent No.3 to appear before respondent No.2 on 27th March, 2018 at 11.00 a.m..
