Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No. 1570 of 2013 and for vacating the interim relief granted by this Court on 7th May 2014.

Considering the present position of the final hearing, it is not possible to consider the Application for early hearing. Hence following order is passed.

O R D E R

i) Prayer clause (i) about early hearing of Writ Petition is rejected.

ii) Liberty granted to the Applicant if so desire to take out appropriate proceeding for other reliefs and that will decidde on its own merits.
