Petitioner did not remove the office objections notified by the Registry nor deposited the maintenance amount as directed by this Court under order dated 05.07.2018 as well as 18.07.2018. The sufficient time was granted to the petitioner but there was no response from the petitioner. Today learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time. This Court has already granted sufficient time for ad-interim relief of stay but the petitioner failed to avail the opportunity. In such circumstances, the Petition stands dismissed.
