We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, by keeping all defences and issues open, and by permitting the Petitioners to file fresh representations within two weeks from today and the Respondent/State Government to deal with the same as early as possible and preferably within eight weeks, in accordance with law as the issue is with regard to the grant of permission from 5th to 7th standard. This is in the background that school is already running and take classes since 2007. However, because of this pendency of this 1/2

dgm 2 20-wp-8756-16.sxw petition, they are not getting salary since 2007. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty.

No costs.
