This civil application, taken out in a civil revision application, seeks deletion of the names of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 from the cause title of the civil revision application. Learned Counsel for the Applicant (original plaintiff) states that these Respondents are not necessary parties and are joined simply as proper parties and that the plaintiff does not want to prosecute any remedy against them and accordingly proposes their deletion.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed by accepting prayer clause (b). The Applicant may delete Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 from the proceedings of the civil revision application by making a suitable amendment in the revision application.
