Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for respondent No. 2 - original complainant. They have filed consent terms. 2.

Respondent No. 2 submits that her grievance has been redressed and the petitioners have completed the construction work to her satisfaction.

The dispute has arisen because of contract of civil work given by respondent No. 2 to the petitioners.

In view of the statement made by respondent No. 2 and the consent terms filed, we find that nothing fruitful will come out from the prosecution.

Accordingly, we quash and set aside the FIR bearing No. 17/19 registered with Sakinaka Police Station. 6.
