This is an application for condonation of delay of 102 days in filing the appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant for compensation claim is dismissed against which the appeal is filed. He submits that the applicant had to arrange funds for Court fees and took time to contact the advocate and collect documents and hence, the delay is caused.

None appears for the respondent, though served. 3.
