After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, Ld. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application. The application is allowed to be withdrawn. However, since the applicant was arrested on 29/11/2015 and since then, he is in custody, the trial is expedited. The applicant is at liberty to approach this Court again if the trial is not concluded within reasonable period.
