The grievance of the petitioner is that initially the petitioner's application for validation of her caste certificate was not accepted but after filing of the petition the same has been accepted, but inspite of Vigilance Cell Report being received, the Caste Scrutiny Committee is not taking any final decision in the matter since long. 2] Learned AGP submits that if the matter is still pending, the appropriate decision in accordance with law will be taken by the Committee, as expeditiously as possible.

3] In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing 1/2
