Nobody appeared for petitioners in morning. In afternoon also only learned APP appears for respondent No. 2 State. Prayer is to quash and set aside the FIR No. 447/2013 under section 498(A), 406, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court has not passed any order in the matter till date. In this situation, period of more than 6 years have expired after filing of FIR. We therefore dismiss criminal application.
