Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 on instructions seeks time to take instructions and to make a statement before this Court whether the order dated 13th September, 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.989 of 2017 has been complied with or not.

Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said order has not been complied by the respondent nos.1 and 2 till date. Statement is accepted.

If the representation made by the petitioner is not decided 1/2

23-cp545-18.doc till date, the same shall be decided within three weeks from today. The order that would be passed by the respondent nos.1 and 2 shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing such order. If the respondents do not comply with the order passed by this Court within the time prescribed, the petitioner would be at liberty to initiate separate petition for initiating an action under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the concerned respondents.

This contempt petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.

Place the matter on board for reporting compliance on 19th December, 2022.
