Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. The Civil Application seeks recall of a self operating dismissal order passed on the civil revision application on account of non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the order of dismissal is recalled and the civil revision application is restored to file. If there is any further office objection, the Applicant must remove the same within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the civil revision application shall stand rejected under the applicable rules. Subject to removal of office objection/s and numbering of the civil revision application, the same to appear on Board for admission on 24 September 2019.
