The Applicant apprehends his arrest in C.R.No.17/2023 registered with Kurla Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 323, 325, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is stated that subsequent to registration of FIR, section 326 of IPC is added. 2.

By order dated 06/07/2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has been interrogated. The presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the said statement and considering the reasons stated in the order dated 06/07/2023, interim bail granted by order dated 06/07/2023 stands confirmed. The Applicant is directed to report to the Investigating Officer as and when required. 4.
