Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the proposal is submitted by the management seeking approval to appointment of Petitioner for the post of peon on compassionate ground and the same is not yet decided.

We have also heard learned AGP. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner for the post of peon is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within 6 months from today. With the aforesaid directions, Petition is disposed of. No cost.
