2] The Consent Terms to that effect are also filed on record. The copy of the Power of Attorney is also enclosed therewith. The copy of the Power of Attorney and the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Annexure "A" collectively. The Constituted Attorney of the Appellants and the Respondent in-person have admitted the terms and conditions as stated in the Consent Terms. 3] In view thereof, this Appeal stands disposed off. 4] The Decree be drawn according to the Consent Terms.
