By filing this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondents to grant approval to the Petitioner's proposal dated 22nd July, 2014 for starting a new self financed English Medium School (Primary and Secondary) at village Pondhwadi, Tal. Indapur, Dist. Pune. 2.

In the alternative, a prayer has been made to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the said proposal as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said proposal has already been forwarded by Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to Respondent No. 2 who has to decide the same.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's proposal as aforesaid. The decision on the proposal be taken within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
