P.C.:- This is an Application for extension of period to deposit the amount as per the directions issued by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai by its order dated 3rd December 2016 in ABA No. 1234 of 2016.

The period to deposit the said amount has already been expired on 2nd January, 2017. Even thereafter, the Applicant did not deposit the said amount till today.

I find no reason to grant further extension for deposit of the said amount.

Application is accordingly rejected.
