1] These are applications for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of the Appeal.

2] The Applicants are Accused Nos.1, 3 and 4. The application of the Accused No.2 has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 12th June 2018 by the reasoned order. 3] It is not in dispute that the role attributed to the present Applicants is identical with that of Accused No.2, whose application is allowed.

4] In the result, the applications are allowed. The order of sentence is suspended. The Applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
