Having heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Mhatre, learned APP for the respondents, in our considered opinion, this petition can conveniently be disposed of, by directing respondent No.3 or the sanctioning authority to decide the petitioner's application dated 11th May, 2014, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit E", page 44, for sanction to prosecute the motor vehicle inspectors named therein as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
