Heard. Though Respondent No.3 is duly served, none appeared for him. The advocate for the Applicant filed Affidavit of service dated 02/02/2015. Same is taken on record.

This Application is for condonation of 60 days delay in filing the review application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

9.15-cao a) Delay of 60 days in filing the review Application is condoned.

b) The Applicant is directed to remove office objections within two weeks from today, failing which the review application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If all office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Office is directed to place the matter on board for admission on 26/02/2015.

d) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
