Learned APP states on instructions, that the charge-sheet in the said case has been filed today. In view of the said statement, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same. He states that the applicant will file an application before the appropriate Court, as charge-sheet has now been filed. 2.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said matter and the appropriate Court shall decide the Application for bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
