Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by appellant for deleting the names of respondent nos.1, 4 and 6 from the cause title of Civil Application No.4894 of 2006 and 1464 of 2006 and also from the cause title of First Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application at their cost and consequences. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Mohite 1/2

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to delete the names of Respondent nos.1, 4 and 6 from the cause title of Civil Application No.4894 of 2006 and 1464 of 2006 and also from the cause title of the above First Appeal."

B) Amendment be carried out within six weeks from today.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
