Learned counsel for the Applicant states that charge-sheet is likely to be filed within a week. He submits that the Applicant intends to file an Application before the appropriate Court, after filing of the charge-sheet and hence seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application before the trial Court, after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If an Application for regular bail, after filing of
