The learned counsel for the Petitioners on oral instructions prayed for withdrawal of the Petition and submits that Petition was filed in this Court for quashment of the F.I.R. and subsequently the Charge-sheet is filed. As such the Petitioners is permitted to withdraw the Petition and further liberty is granted to the Petitioners to avail appropriate remedies on the backdrop of the fact that the Charge-sheet is filed. 3.
