This is an application for reduction of bail amount imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 12.9.2017 by this Court, while granting him pre-arrest bail. The said condition reads as under:- "In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- with Page-1/2

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is unable to get one or two 'solvent' sureties to make up the amount of Rs.40,000/- and therefore, the said amount may be suitably modified.

In view thereof, and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more local sureties in the sum of Rs.30,000/- to make up the amount. 4.
