None appears for the petitioners. The substantive challenge in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the orders of the Court of Small Causes in Mumbai as well as the Appeal Bench of Court of Small Causes, Mumbai in suit for eviction filed against the petitioner. The present writ petition itself disclosed that a separate writ petition for challenging the judgments and orders of Small Causes Court, which are covered by prayer clause (A) of the petition has been already filed by the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition is misconceived and cannot be entertained. We accordingly reject the petition. However, all contentions on merits of the other petition, if pending, are kept open.
