This is an application for relaxation of condition granted while allowing Anticipatory Bail Application No.1532 of 2018.

Applicant is a senior citizen. He is prosecuted for the offence under Essential Commodities Act. By order dated 28th August, 2018, the application for anticipatory bail was allowed with direction that applicant shall attend the investigating officer of Shrinagar Police Station, District-Thane, once in a week on by RajeP. Applicant has complied the directions. It is submitted that charge-sheet is already feld. The applicant has been attending the trial Court.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the condition of reporting on every frst Saturday of the month in accordance with order dated 28th August, 2018, stand relaxed. Application No.942 of 2019, stands disposed of accordingly. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
