The writ jurisdiction of this court is invoked against the order dated 23/06/2015 passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Solapur Region, Solapur by which the Application (Exhibit 34) filed by the Petitioner for being permitted to intervene in the change report proceedings came to be rejected.

The said Application was filed under Section 73-A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950. In so far as the Applicant/Petitioner is concerned, it appears that the change report concerning him was one amongst the following Change Report bearing Nos.499/2001, 355/2003, 655/2007, 893/2005 and 894/2005. The said change reports were rejected. In so far as the Applicant/Petitioner is concerned, he had filed Appeal No.15/2009 which lgc

wp-10152.15 also came to be dismissed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur by his order dated 04/08/2009. By the said order the learned Joint Charity Commissioner had declared that there are 7 founder members and that the Petitioner was not one of them. The Deputy Charity Commissioner has rejected the said Application for intervention, having regard to the aforesaid facts.

In my view, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
