The grievance of the Petitioner is that she had submitted a representation on 29th May, 2015 and thereafter on 19th May, 2017 against her transfer place with the hope and trust that representation will be decided as expeditiously as possible. However, since the representation has not been decided as yet, she has filed this Petition.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the representation is required to be decided considering the Government Resolution dated 15th May, 2014 as the Petitioner's Vishal Parekar 1/2
prod-516-wp-8138-2017.doc daughter is mentally challenged child. In the circumstances, it is for the Respondent to take decision at the earliest. 4.
Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 4 - The Social Welfare Officer to take decision on the Petitioner's aforesaid representation against her transfer order as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
The Petitioner to submit the copy of this order along with copy of her representation before Respondent No. 4. 6.
Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 7.
The Petition stands disposed of as such.
