Learned counsel for the Applicants does not press this Application. He, however, requests that the hearing of the Applicants' Appeal which is pending before the Appellate Authority i. e. before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi Court, Mumbai be expedited and be made time bound.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, considering the fact, that the Applicants have been convicted for a period of three years and have already undergone two years of imprisonment, the learned Additional Sessions Judge is directed to dispose of the Applicants' Appeal, being Criminal Appeal No. 305 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. It is made clear that this Application has not been heard on merits and the learned Judge to decide the Appeal on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
