By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the clause (b) of the order dated 23rd January 2019 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) whilst enlarging the applicant on bail.

Whilst granting bail, this Court directed that the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount. The applicant was 1/3

also permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-for a period of 6 weeks from the date of passing of the order. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant being a Philippine National, is in India on an employment Visa. He submits that since the date of applicant's release the applicant tried hard to get solvent local sureties, however, being a foreign national, none is coming forward to act as sureties. He submits that the applicant is unable to furnish sureties as directed, however, the applicant is ready and willing to furnish additional cash security in lieu of sureties.

In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to remain on bail on his furnishing additional cash security of Rs. 1,00,000/-. After the applicant furnishes additional security of Rs. 1,00,000/-, the condition to furnish one or more local sureties shall stand relaxed. Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 2/3
