Heard learned Counsel for the appellant.
This Appeal from Order is preferred by plaintiff challenging the order dated 05.07.2014 passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Dindoshi declined to grant ad-interim relief.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that dispute is between real brothers. If possible, the matter can be referred to mediator.
As no one appeared on behalf of respondent, it is not possible to refer the matter to Mediator. Liberty granted to the appellant to move before the Trial Court for referring the matter to the Sneha Chavan 1/2

This being an ad-interim order, Notice of Motion is pending for hearing and final disposal. Without going into the merits of the matter, the following order is passed:
ORDER
a) The hearing of Notice of Motion is expedited. b) This Court expects that the Trial Court to dispose of Notice of Motion as early as possible, but in any case on or before 31.12.2015.
c) Liberty granted to the appellant to move before the Trial Court for referring the matter to the Mediator.
d) Appeal from Order stands disposed of with these directions.
