The challenge in this revision application is to an order th April 2018 in passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nashik on 13 Criminal Revision Application No.86 of 2018, wherein the order passed th by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dindori, dated 13 March 2018 in Cri. Miscellaneous Application No. 71 of 2018 was sought to be revised.

As the revision application was filed at the instance of the applicant before the learned Sessions Judge, bar under section 399(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 comes into play and, a second revision, at the instance of the applicant, against an order passed in the revision becomes untenable. Hence, the application stands rejected.
