This is an application for anticipatory bail. The applicant had preferred an application for bail before the Court of Sessions which was heard on 7th July, 2017. The said application has been adjourned to 20th July, 2017 without granting any interim protection. It is further submitted that the interim order is not rejected but the application has been adjourned without granting interim protection. The applicant, therefore, apprehends that in the meantime he may be arrested. The applicant has, therefore, approached to this Court for seeking reliefs of interim protection.

Considering the fact that there was no interim protection, the application for anticipatory bail can be heard earlier as there is apprehension of arrest to the applicant.

Hence, the the Sessions Court can be directed to prepone the hearing of the application pending before the Court.

(i) Sessions Court is directed to hear Anticipatory Bail Application No.741 of 2017 pending before the 9th Court Dindoshi on 13th July, 2017 in accordance with law. (ii) Application stands disposed of.
