This is an application for condonation of delay of 82 days caused in filing the appeal. In view of the fact that the appeal has been preferred through jail and the other facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that the delay ought to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned.
