This is an application received from the undertrial prisoner who has been arrested in Crime No. 190 of 2015 for committing offences under Section 143, 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned APP has placed on record copy of the Order dated 28th June, 2018 in Bail Application NO. 2619 of 2017 whereby this Court (Coram : Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) has already granted bail to this applicant in Sessions Case No. 674 of 2017 which is arising from Crime No. 190 of 2015.
