This is second bail application of the applicant/accused, who is convicted of the offence punishable under Section 304 Part II of the Indian Penal Code. He is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years apart from imposition of fine of Rs.5,000/- by the learned trial Court.

22.APPA.1029.18.doc applicant/accused is already rejected by this Court with the reasoned order dated 11th April 2017. There seems to be no reason for grant of subsequent bail application moved by the applicant/accused instead, the appeal itself can be heard as the paperbook is ready. Therefore, the order;

- : ORDER : - (i) The application is rejected.

(ii) Put up the appeal for final hearing at Sr.No.1 on the board of final hearing of jail appeals in the week commencing from 19th November 2018.
