The Petition has been filed seeking implementation of the Order dated 22nd August 1998 passed by the Deputy Collector, Raigad, Alibag and to pay the Petitioners compensation and grant benefit under the 12.5% Scheme in respect of subject land AVK 1/2

17-WP-4629-2021.doc namely Survey No.76/1 of the Village : Kopar, Taluka : Panvel, District : Raigad. It is not in dispute that the Award was passed in favour of one Eknath Nagu Dhumal who was paid the compensation. The Petitioners have woken from slumber and filed the Petition after more than three decades. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.
