Mr. Kapadia, the learned advocate for the applicant states that the dispute reflected in the three suits is same and

Dusane 2/2 MCA245.2014 arising out of the same transaction. The proceedings filed are cross suits between the parties. Heard the counsel. Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
