The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners had sought time on 05th July 2017 to seek instructions. Today the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has placed on record an envelop containing a letter addressed to the Petitioners which is returned by the Postal Authority with a remark that 'not residing at the given address'.

Thus, it appears to us that the Petitioners are no more interested in prosecuting the petition. Accordingly, we dismiss the petition for non prosecution. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
