1] This is an application for amendment to the writ petition. 2] Heard learned Counsel for the applicant/original petitioner and the learned AGP for State.
3] It is submitted that, after the interim relief was granted by this Court by an Order dated 27.10.2016, the respondent No.1 has passed a fresh order dated 25.11.2016. A copy of the said Order is annexed to the affidavit dated 2.2.2017 filed by the respondent No.1. 1/2
caw.1706-2017 The learned AGP for the State vehemently opposed the application.
4] However, in view the subsequent events and/or development after passing of interim relief dated 27.10.2016 and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
5] The applicant/original petitioner is directed to carry out amendment within a period of 3 weeks from today and an amended copy of the petition be served upon the AGP within the same period. The respondent No.1 is at liberty to file additional affidavit to the amended petition.
