The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and the Respondent have tendered the Consent Terms. The learned counsel appearing for the respective parties state that the Consent Terms have been duly signed by the Appellant and the Respondent and both of them are present in the Court. The Consent Terms are signed by their respective Advocates.

The Appellant and the Respondent through their respective learned counsel state that the contents of the Consent Terms are true and correct and they have voluntarily signed the Consent Terms. The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent has handed over to the Advocate for the Appellant-Wife a Demand Draft in the sum of Rs.15,00,000/- as described in paragraph No.5 of the Consent Terms. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties pray that a decree disposing of the Appeal in terms of Consent Terms be passed. Hence, we pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification;

(ii) The undertakings of the parties in the Consent Terms are accepted;

(iii) There shall be a decree in terms of the Consent Terms in the present Appeal;

(iv) The Appeal shall stand disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms;

(v) Civil Application No.201 of 2016 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
