By a reasoned order dated 11.7.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief. The record indicates that the first informant herein namely Smt. Savita Parmar had earlier lodged CR No.19/2017 under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code against the applicant No.1 and subsequently he was granted bail in the said crime. Immediately there after the present crime is registered on 13.6.2017. Prima face, it appears that the version narrated by the first informant is an exaggerated version. After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that for further investigation of the present crime, custodial interrogation of the present applicants is not necessary. Interim 1/2

Ashok Nalawade aba-1184-17-22 relief granted by an order dated 11.7.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicants are directed to attend the concerned Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
