For the reasons set out in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the Application, the order of dismissal dated 01.07.2017 is set aside and the Civil Application No.717 of 2016 alongwith Second Appeal (St) No.8181 of 2010 alongwith Civil Application No.718 of 2016 are restored to file. The Civil Application No.980 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
