The aforesaid two applications for intervention are filed by the original complainant in CR No.8/2016 registered with Shivaji Park Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the applications and in the interest of justice, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (c).

The applicants in ABA No.534 of 2016 and 454 of 2016 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant Shri. Chetan Sharma as respondent No.2.The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from

2 /2APPP-559-560-16-7 today and the amended copies of the said applications be served upon the Advocate for the original complainant within the same stipulated period.
