In view of the Judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Nusli Neville Wadia v/s Ivory Properties and Others1 nothing survives for consideration in this Revision Application. Learned Counsel for the Applicant also does not dispute the same.

Accordingly, the Revision Application is disposed of. However, all contentions of the Applicant are kept open for being agitated at an appropriate stage.
